Terms of Warranty

In-warranty repairs for personal use

Installation method
Equipment included in the kit includes:
- A set of FAHFON SENSE weather sensors, model Sense 1, white, ready to use, amount 1 unit
- Solar panel With mounting kit and U-bolt bracket for fixing the solar panel firmly on the metal pipe stand, amount 1 set
- 1 piece of wrench for tightening the hexagonal nut of the U-bolt
- 1 Phillips screwdriver with screws for fixing the lamp set firmly on the metal pipe stand. and fix the solar panel firmly on the mounting kit

1Put the weather lamp FAHFON SENSE on the end of a metal tube about 3 cm in diameter as shown in the picture.
2Use a screwdriver to tighten the mounting screw firmly.
3Put the solar panel together with the mounting kit on the metal pipe. By facing the front of the solar panel to receive sunlight. Adjust the solar panel mounting kit up-down to find the right high-low position.
4Bring the U-bolt to attach the solar panel mounting kit to the metal pipe.
5Use a hexagon wrench to secure the solar panel mounting kit firmly on the metal pipe.
6Take the SP13 2-pin (female) waterproof connector header of the cable coming from the solar panel. Plug it into the 2-pin connector (male) of the FAHFON SENSE weather lamp assembly as shown and tighten it. To supply electricity from the solar panel to store in the battery that is used as a power source for the electronic devices inside the lamp set.
NOTE The position of the remaining SP16 waterproof connector on the weather lamp assembly is 5 pin (male) for connecting to external devices. which in this image is disabled because it is not yet used
7After assembling the FAHFON SENSE weather station kit and power supply, the device is ready for use. - Lamp off: The device does not work because the battery is less than 10% charged. This is caused by the lack of continuous sunlight long enough to recharge the battery.
- The lamp blinks on-off slowly: the device is in power saving state. Some sensors that do not need to be on all the time will temporarily stop working, such as the rain sensor. light intensity sensor, etc.
- The lamp flashes on-off quickly: The device is transmitting data to the server.
The lamp stays on : The device cannot connect to the internet.
How to register the machine in Super App "Fahfon" for personal machine
1On the main page of Super App “Fah Fon”, press the weather station button.
2Press this button to enter the FAHFON SENSE add page.
3Enter your IMEI number and Secret Code or scan the QR Code provided in the box and press Register Device.
4The system will display the location of FAHFON SENSE if the location is incorrect. The location can be moved within a radius of 1 kilometer from the detected location. Top Please enter the height from the earth’s surface. (default is 2 meters) and press register
Sometimes the first detected location may not be accurate because it is waiting for the GPS signal to be registered. The system will update the position of FAHFON SENSE as soon as the GPS signal is detected.
5The system will display the registered FAHFON SENSE stations on the Stations page.
