Terms of Warranty
Guaranteed only for damage caused by normal use. It does not include usage that is different from normal use. Improper maintenance, accidents, falls, natural disasters, exposure to chemicals, modifications, rust stains (Oxide) and other errors such as broken, chipped, bent, leaked, burned, including foreign matter that causes damage to the measuring station. weather
In-warranty repairs for personal use
If repairs are required, the buyer will send the damaged device to the seller for repair. The seller will ship the repaired unit back to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping and transportation costs. both the way to and the way back
In-Warranty Repair for Enterprise
- If repairs are required, the buyer will send the damaged device to the seller for repair. The seller will ship the repaired unit back to the buyer.
- If the repair takes more than 14 days from the date the Seller received the defective device from the Buyer. The seller will send another spare device for the buyer to use instead.
For both cases 1 and 2, the buyer is responsible for shipping and transportation costs. both the way to and the way back
Terms of Use of Data and Software
Trading of FAHFON SENSE smart weather station is only a hardware device purchase. All information, including data from weather station measurements and software provided by Seller to Buyer, is the intellectual property and copyright of Seller. not a sale to a buyer The seller only allows the buyer to use it. The Seller does not allow Buyer to use the Data Products and Software for commercial purposes. And do not allow the buyer to distribute.
